July 2006: #21 - 24
These poems were all written while attending the Kundiman Foundation's Emerging Asian American Poets' Retreat in VA in June 2006. They are very new. The set comes in bright orange, like the setting sun over the ridge of Black Mountain in July.

23: "have the pink and bone petals all fallen"
24: "Summer Evening, 1947" - this is also the title of an Edward Hopper painting.

June 2006: #17 - 20
Sonnets, sonnets, sonnets. Ranges from fun to sensual. Printed on beautiful grape colored paper.
17: a deejay's sonnet for the cause of radio - this was read at the rfb's community forum in October 2003 and broadcast on BCTV.
18: halloween costume - this also appeared in my limited edition "6 poems" chapbook of 2003.

20: "soon 'twill be too cold..." - many thanks to Dan Barlow, who let me steal this first line.
