Hello!
I have a chapbook forthcoming this year, and I was wondering how to connect with poets/writers in Vermont. The scene seems rife with moneyed hipsters, but I feel perhaps I am missing out on the larger portion of writers. Any advice would be welcome.

Phayvanh,
I have a student who writes poetry and would love some contacts and to know about events.
He's 20 years old and working with me on his GED. Very good writer. Can you advise me please?
Thanks,
Joyce (community garden)

Saw a poem in the window of Birchgrove Bakery in Montpelier about the spring return of woodcocks to Vermont. Do you have a copy of it? Thanks, charlotte

Thanks for your inspiration! Also, even though I moved away from Montpelier about a year ago, I still read through the Montpelier Alive newsletter almost every week! I am hoping to bring the spirit, connectivity, and creativity of Montpelier Alive to my area in New Jersey. Kudos!

What a great piece about the power of volunteering. You put in a lot about what you got out of the experience. Montpelier Alive has also gotten a ton out of what you put in. Thanks for all your hard work!
